The “Melix 5” stainless steel blender is composed with five hoppers. These are connected by a conveyor belt to make different formulas from different raw materials (fertilizers).

The raw materials are distributed to each hopper and then controlled by the program according to the formula requested. When the system is started up, each hopper pours the required dose onto the belt in stages. The fertilizers fall into a mixing screw to make the formula homogeneous and can then be bagged or stored in bulk. The Melix 5 blender has an optimal production capacity of 150t/h, thanks to its Siemens automation system.

It is available in different versions (from 3 to 7 hoppers).
